Spoke to Maximus today well i presume it is Maximus the place that conducts the assessments? Anyway i was worried that they had still not received my ESA50 form even tho i sent it special delivery 3 days ago and was signed for the next day. They said it goes to a sorting office then is distributed ot them, so i was panicking if this counts against the deadline time that the form must be in by. The lady was very nice, She said the time limit to yourself does not apply, i asked why? She said because of your condition your exempt from it.
If that is the case it is strange why i got another letter off them today reminding me they still have not got the ESA50 form!
Also spoke to my GP today and she has changed her mind and is doing me a letter towards my evidence! Once i get this letter do i send it to the same address i sent the ESA50?

The reminder letter is required by law to be sent to all claimants, it sounds as if you have been flagged as being at risk and therefore the late return of your form would be accepted.
Send a copy of the GP letter with a covering letter of your own to the same address as the ESA50, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim and then take a copy to any face to face assessment that you might have and ask the assessor to read it before they start the interview and to include it your file when it is returned to the DWP.
