PIP 1043 form

I'm afraid it is standard for the DWP to reassess an award a year in advance of it ending.

Most reassessments are done using the AR1 Review form (PIP 1043), our PIP Claim guide covers this form but remember, the criteria against which you are being assessed is the same as when you originally completed the PIP2.
