Hi were on the review form do you put how you take your medication because Tell us about your current medication including medication name.How often you take it and how much you take. Any side affecrts from the medication. When you started taking the medication. There's nothing about how I use a dose box as the medication I take are strong pain patch another strong tablet and sleeping tablets as I have young grandchildren live with me if the patch got stuck on them they could come to great harm or die for all my medications are very dangerous for children and other adults because ov the high dose please can anyone help many thanks Gordon for your other reply
