Can someone explain this site to me was created by Bobajob
I have been doing some reading on here over the weekend and saw a link that took me here:
www.gov.uk/administrative-appeals-tribunal-decisions

From my limited understanding you have the first interview then if that goes bad you can ask for them to just reconsider it, then we move up to appeal panel ( i think is refered as TFF or something like that) then i have no idea what the next appeal level is (if there is one) can anyone explain the link i have given is related to what level.

I hope i have made myself clear

So the link takes you to the official archive for Upper Tier Tribunal Decision, the following is a more useful one, ultimately it's the same information but better organised.

pipinfo.net/

Any initial appeal will be heard by a First Tier Tribunal panel, claimants have a further right of appeal to the Upper Tier, however, this can only be done on the basis that their was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision, not because they disagree with the reult.

If the request is accepted then a UTT Judge will review the documents from the appeal and decide whether an Error has occurred or not.

Bob

So the first stage to challenging a Decision is to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration.

If the MR fails to result in a satisfactory award then you can appeal the Decision to a First Tier
Tribunal.

Finally, if the Decision is still not what you want and you can show that there was an Error of Law in the FTT Decision then you can appeal again to the Upper Tier Tribunal. The most likely result of this would a second FTT hearing, with a direction on how to avoid the Error.

As my FTT was unsuccessful. I phoned a legal helpline for my particular medical condition. Emailed over the numerous SOR papers and decision of FTT paperwork.
I have to say they came back with an excellent response of where errors in law appear to have been made. So I have now sent off my appeal based on the legal experts findings. There were quite a lot. It is now with a Judge to oversee, and possibly go to Upper Tier Tribunal.
As hard as it is, DO NOT GIVE UP.
