With out problems with my opersite knee and ankle due to taking all my weight when standing , and my husband said in got mix up with ft/yards and meters. I'm so dispy. Is walking 50 meters with 2 stops in approximately 10+ minutes a reasonable time ? How long would it take an able body, what do they use to work this out. Oh dear

Average walking speeds for a healthy adult are between 72m and 90m per minute, even using the more pessimistic figure you are well over the double the time required by the reliability criteria.

Yes but you will need to show consistency in your walking, a one off example is unlikely to be sufficient.

You're playing catch up so it is very difficult to advise. If this was in advance of the form being returned then I would be suggesting that you keep a walking diary with times and distances.

There will be an expectation that you will also have problems with moving around in your house, if this is the case then you can talk about the distances to common areas, for example how far is it from where you sit to the toilet and what problem do you have with getting there.

Is there any information that speaks against your being limited to 20m, for example do you go shopping? How do you manage doctor and hospital appointments?
