Phone call from pip Enquiry line

Hi. A case maanger for pip called me today but the number that came up on the phone was the pip Enquiry Line number. I was closing down a pip case for my son but seeing that number pop up made me wonder if they were deliberately taping the call for some reason or if this is just normal practice. Any ideas? I do suffer from paranoia so I'm just sense checking myself.
