DLA to PIP Rejection

Gordon. Thanks for your reply. I cannot locate the PIP Assessment Report sample you refer to on your site. Can you give me the exact link path to it from the side menu bar. Thank you.

Hi Gordon. Still cannot find it. On side menu I open up Personal Independence Payment (PIP) arrow then select PIP Medical Assessments. Get text but no link to a report sample. Tried the instant access to all our download resources link which just takes me take to a selling blurb. Are you sure there is one there ? More detail on where to find it exactly would be appreciated. Thanks. Jenny.

Hi Gordon. Thanks for the instructions. I did not go down the Members Only Guide link. I have now found it and I have not received a copy. I have now appealed their decision and asked for a copy. Do you have or could advise me where to look for some statistics on the number of DLA to PIP Mobility conversions (not new claims) for my condition Transverse Myelitis. I have claimed DLA for 18 years without a problem with it defined by the DWP as a "permanent disability" in 2005. I have seen my GP and he is writing me a letter detailing my condition and symptoms.
