DLA to PIP

Having gone through the 'joy' of an application for ESA last year for my son I now have the 'greater joy' of DLA to PIP.

If I was not around to provide an adequate diet for him he would live quite happily live off take away food as he cannot cook, without help, a simple one course meal from first principles.

I have obviously completed the Q3, Preparing Food in respect of cooking a meal but I wondered if the inability to understand the need for a balanced diet should be stated somewhere? Likewise how to plan a food shop?
