The dreaded brown envelope arrived today and already I'm in a state, I've been claiming since 1995 but next to the trauma of ESA this takes the biscuit, already done the first phone portion so now a fortnight of unbridled terror before filling that in and then more worry.
Living with heart failure etc etc surely there must be a more humane way of dealing with genuine claimants ?
