I'm afraid I don't recognise these code, they may be administrative ones and therefore not related to the Decision, codes for this start with either a "C" or "M".

Hi ellenthegood
I just did a quick google search on the above codes, and the results that come up include those that relate to ICD-10 Version 2016, or earlier versions. This is the World Health Organisation International Classification of Diseases. I used to work in the NHS, albeit millenia ago, and all diseases etc have codes. IF the codes you've given are indeed from the ICD-10 then G40 means 'Epilepsy' (there are also subdivisions within G40), F41 means 'Other anxiety disorders,' (again there are subdivisions.)
Hope this helps.
Kind regards
Mr B
