from dla to pip was created by Paul
was on high rate dla both components, due to multiple health and mobility issues, filled out pip form and had assessment, which was so ridiculous, got 10 points mobility only, mandatory reconsideration didn't change a thing, have sent form for tribunal hearing, today received esa50 form ! Because the report says can only walk between 20 and 50 metres can I put a copy in with esa form to then get 15 points, any help gratefully received.
Thank you Paul

You can but be aware ESA is not a walking test, it is a Mobility test! In addition to your walking it considers your ability to self-propel a manual wheelchair over the same distances, you do not need to be using a wheelchair or even to own one for it to be considered. SO even if you can show your walking is restricted, unless you can also show that you cannot self-propel the wheelchair you will still not score points.

Don't assume that they will make the leap from your shoulder problems to your being unable to self propel a wheelchair, you need to explicitly detail your problems with doing this.
