DM from DWP rang me this afternoon was created by lynnmattimoe@gmail.com
I've had my face to face with a nurse assessor and got her report 2 weeks ago with standard care and enhanced mobility.

I was so pleased as there was no review period!!, delighted in fact, but that feeling in the pit of your stomach.

Today out of the blue on a Sunday morning the DM from DWP rang to ask when my wrists became jerky with the date and I said I sent in mri evidence all abnormal and the bone spurs osteophytosis, press on the nerve in the necks causing involuntary jerking movement and risk of dropping things, stated by the physio passing risks in the kitchen especially.

I said I've got the report and agree with what she said apart from my MH and descriptor 9 wasn't considered I'm agoraphobic and said I'm prescribed medication for anxiety and venlafaxine.
He said I will get my decision in 5 days and if need be start the appeal process.

I'm so terrified, ringing me on a Sunday morning, saying these things and I think it's as she gave me no review as the lung condition isn't cancer but is incurable.
I'm so stressed and anxious and wonder if anyone else has had them ring on Sunday and the assessors report is so adapted.
Please reply should I get familiar with the MR and tribunal guides.

A Sunday call is very unusual but from your post it seems to an issue in regard to your meeting the three month requirement for having a limitation rather than issues with an award being made.

I'm afraid all you can do is wait for a Decision to be made, you may be able to find out if one has been made by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, the computer system is updated at least a week in advance of the claimant receiving written notification.
