When I received the MR report dated 16 April it appears the MR decision was made

before they had received further medical evidence written from by my CPN and another

HCA in the post.

I did ask for a two extension on the phone which appears not to have been granted.

In the meantime when they do receive the medical evidence in the post

is it possible they could change the decision before it goes to tribunal?

Thanks

There are two points where the DWP are most likely to look at your information again, when you provide a submission for the appeal and in the two weeks before the hearing, neither is guaranteed.
