Still no decision however had a call from them this morning 0800 number. Needed to ask me some questions b4 making a decision even though they have everything. Anyhow...The question was " You say on your form that a number of things have got worse in 2017, can you tell me when exactly they got worse" Eh?? I told him it was a gradual thing over a period of months starting in early 2017...That was it no more questions just said thanks I will get the decision sorted for you...What was all that about? I feel completely stressed now and questioning myself..Should of not said anything? Should I have explained more? Why is he asking me this?...I hate this process..

There is obviously an acceptance that a Change has occurred, PIP requires that the claimant suffer from a limitation for three months before an award can be made based on the Change, so the questions are about trying to understand when this all happened.

Thanks Gordon I was looking at it the reverse way ie is he questioning why I didn't inform them. I didn't because it was gradual and to be honest I was more concerned about sorting my health. That sounds more positive than I thought so thanks for taking some nervousness away. He didn't mention the atos report just my form but was ok so fingers crossed..

Letter has still not arrived however I had a payment of a few thousand go into my account from dwp yesterday. I assume that's the backdated stuff but didn't think a review was backdated but I aint complaining. Fingers crossed and they have agreed to sent my report now though wouldn't tell me what award I had been given but did say a letter has been sent and decision was made. I was only only low mobility last 3 year but given the amount gone into bank im assuming low care and high mobility which I feel is the right decision. Will let you all know once its confirmed or not.

Received the letter this morning. Standard care and enhanced mobility until 2022. Really happy although I didn't score on some of the descriptors that I felt I should have but all in all a fair decision and even though its been a long haul (From March) the process to me has been ok (Even the Atos assessment so I for one would say that not all Pip journeys are a nightmare. My review was backdated on the living and enhanced mobility from 02nd March (When they first wrote to me). Thanks too you all and especially Gordon simply for being there and picking me up from time to time (As can be seen on this thread). Please don't give up just keep fighting for what you believe is right and just in your own circumstances. Thanks once again and see you all in 3 years to do it all again..GL x
