hello, I am hoping someone can help me please. I had my PIP F2F 11th April 2018 and have been ringing for my assessors report. Every time I call I am told they do not have it yet and to try again in a week. Today, 28th April 2018, I have received a copy of my assessors report but this one is from October 2016 when the assessor LIED so badly I ended up losing my award which was supposed to run for a further 12 months. At that point I had no fight left in me so just let it go...I couldnt face it. Anyway....my illnesses have gotten worse and so I reapplied for PIP 02/02/2018 and finally had my F2F April 11th and this 2016 report filled with lies and inaccuracies is what I have received. Is this report what they will base their decision on instead of the new one done in April??? I am so worried now and obviously because its the weekend I am unable to contact them until Monday. is anyone able to put my mind at rest please? many thanks for any help or advice offered.
Re the latest report, contact the Assessment Provider to make sure that the DWP have actually received the report.
Which form did you complete, the AR1 Review form or another PIP2. If the former then this Decision will be based on the last report, your PIP2 and any evidence that you attached to it AND this time's form, anything attached and the latest assessment report.
