Please do not post in capitals it is considered as shouting and also causes problems for anybody using test to speech software.

It may well be that a Physiotherapist is not qualified to comment on cognitive impairment but you cannot assume that they are not, you must show by specific example from their report that there are opinions are not what a an assessor with relevant experience would have made.

Be aware, showing fundamental problems with the assessment report can result in your having to attend a new face to face.
