How do I use my recording on a mandatory c was created by CM
Good afternoon,
I have not received my assesment report as yet, but have been awarded standard care but no award for mobility.
When I called because the award said it was made without a face to face, which I had, I was told it was a error and was based on a face to face.
The descriptors and report was read out over phone, which to be honest could have been someone else's report.
I did tape it with DWP permission, but not sure how to refer to it on my mandatory appeal.
I was told my report was sent out two weeks ago, to find out yesterday it had not beeen posted,, so I am waiting on that to see exactly what was said.
I turned down the offer of doing a mandatory appeal over phone and said I wanted to compare report to the audio tape first.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Dealing with the issues in the report is important especially if you can show fundamental problems with it but an award will only be made by your showing that you meet the criteria for one, so this must be the primary focus of your MR.
Make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for the Descriptors that you expected to score against, don't try and re-interpret what the law has defined, make sure that you included information about your being able to reliably complete the activities and whether you can do this on the majority of days.
Reference back to your evidence to show that your statements are supported and then show that the opinions of the assessor are faulty based on what you haves said.
