Hi, Is it a good idea (or not?) to have reminder notes - bullet points for home based PIP assessment that one can read from if one's condition means one's memory is not always so good esp in this stressful situation. With possible tricksy questions and perhaps not recalling exact wording one's used in form? Or maybe refer to actual form? Also so many points to get across likely to forget some and easy by mistake to get confused. Would mean one can read okay, find the place so might seem cognitively sound when opposite could be the case?
