Saying the same thing over and over again

I am in the process of filling in my PIP application (i'm lucky ain't i?), i suffer with a major problem in the concentraction dept and only spend about 15 mins a time before i walk away from it.
It seems I'm going to be repeating myself a great deal in this form saying the same old stuff over and over again, do I have to do this or can i just say "please refer back to page 647 Q946X where i talk about spinal pain" or is it best for ME to fill it in with the same as before?
Also another option that may be open to me is to san the form in and use a PDF editor or some kind so i can copy and paste or does that make me look like i'm a geek or computer wizz and go against me.

It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the PIP2, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.

Attach the pages to the back of the PIP2 using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

I would duplicate the information wherever it is relevant rather than include references, it makes for a longer response but is likely to be more effective.
