Hello, and sorry in advance if this question has been asked before.
My best friend has recently been moved from the ESA Support group to the WRAG. She has been told by the DWP that she now has to send in sick notes, where she didn't have to before. However, someone who works for a disability charity has said that she shouldn't have to send in sick notes just because she has been moved to the WRAG. Who is right in this case? We are currently fighting to get her a mandatory reconsideration (and will take it to appeal if needs be) but I can find no clear answer on this particular topic.
