No the current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made.

hi
thanks for the information as i am in middle of putting together a appeal letter as my PIP has been reduced to standard from enhanced as they have not taken into account any mental health issues , also on a side note today i have received from DWP a letter saying as from 1st may my ESA has been reduced because of "money coming in" and a change in circumstances ..i will be writing a letter to DWP wanting a explanation of this as i have no idea as to why they would reduce my amount of ESA out of the blue like this
have you come across this before ??

Your ESA could have been reduced due your PIP award changing, receiving Enhanced Daily Living entitles you to the Enhanced Disability Premium, shown as the Disability Income Guarantee on your ESA Entitled letters.

I was receiving the standard work related ESA which has now been reduced due to my pip being reduced to standard , is this correct ? i did not think they could reduce the ESA ESA any further , never the less i will follow the letters of appeal here and see what results i get back
