I had my f2 f last week...when we spoke about cooking a meal I explained that due to mental issues i cannot concentrate for any lengthy period to do any task really & that includes cooking a meal. The Paramedic did not ask me if I could be supported to do it ( to be honest that wud ajiate me more than trying to do it alone) but she didnt ask that.....i told her that I go and get food from fr5idge & cupboard as required

Would this indicate that she has just accepted that fact ? If she says any descriptor less than that I dont know what it would be based on as we did not discuss it. Similarly I told her that I have only been out once in the past 6 months ( to ASda with my partner)...I have bi polar and social phobia. She didnt ask me about planning a journey or following a journey so i cant see how she can report on that. My psyhciatric report stated I only go out with my partner

You will have to forgive me bit I long ago gave up trying to figure out what the result of an assessment will be, I would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and request a copy of the assessment report.

Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks on average.
