Trouble is I have already done that in the letter i sent to them after the assessment and they made this decision after recieving the letter from us. I have now got a letter of support from mp and have explained once again the reasons why we didnt want that particular assessor.

Unfortunately this is all you can do.

I know you did not make a complaint about your assessment, was there any correspondence in regard the content of the report between you and the DWP or the Assessment Provider? If there was then consider including it as proof of your concerns.

I think you should consider making a new claim for PIP. this may only be resolved at an appeal and that could easily take 6 months or more to be heard.
