ES: ElectroSensitivity Entitlement? was created by MTVmike
I suffer from E[H]S or Electro[Hyper]Sensitivity: a hugely under diagnosed condition that affects serious proportions of the global populace but my guess is that most have never heard of it, why? The electromagnetic pollution/electrosmog i.e. EMFs from sources such as home/public wi-fi, mobile communication masts, cellular devices, smart meters, dirty electricity from badly installed/poorly maintained or looked after electric wiring etc etc... this toxic load is several thousands, thousands of thousands even of times greater than some decades ago and as found in nature.

It is widely recognised as a common disability in places like Switzerland, Canada, Sweden even have cities where this burden is banned (don't ask me how it works but boy is it inspiring!) In the UK, through the DWP, I've hear that four lonely cases have been awarded benefit entitlement on this basis alone, how do I find more information about how to do this as I've found it hard enough to get any kind of a diagnosis/report!

Thanks

Neither ESA nor PIP is awarded for a condition, points are scored for the claimant being unable to complete the relevant activities, so your starting point has to be defining your problems in doing these, certainly for PIP you will not receive an award without your doing so.

Next, you need to show that your difficulties with the activities are reasonable, this will be where reference will be made to your conditions but even there it is the effects of your conditions that will be relevant rather than the condition itself. So do you have evidence that testifies to the symptoms that you suffer and do you receive treatment for them? This would be something that you GP would be involved in? Have you been referred to a specialist at all?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
