I'm afraid not, nor can you assume that any assessment made by an assessor who is not a doctor will not be accurate.

Can I just clarify what you mean Gordon.
If the HCP is a physiotherapist and does not put the detailed report a GP or specialist doctor would have assessed that physiotherapist’s report cannot be considered inaccurate?
Could you explain your reasoning.

That's not what I said
You cannot assume that the report will be inaccurate, that does not mean that it cannot be and that you cannot challenge it, but you must do this by specific example, showing that an assessor with relevant experience would not have made the comments that the actual assessor has.
