ESA reassessment was created by student2007
Hello,
I received an ESA50 in the post yesterday for reassessment. The last time I completed one was around Dec 2016/Jan 2017. The thing is there has been no change in my health since my last assessment, so I was wondering can I reuse my answers on the form from the last time? I know I’ll need to edit some of the wording and re-check each section.
Also, about supporting evidence can I reuse the last letter my GP sent? I ask this because I know if my GP was to write another letter it would be no different to the one dated Dec 2016. My GP’s letter isn’t the only supporting evidence I would send as I plan to ask two other health professionals for updated supporting evidence because I see them a lot more frequently.
Regards

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Sorry this may sound like a stupid question, but on page 7 of the ESA50 it asks about any hospital treatment someone is having or will have.
I'm currently on the waiting list to start repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in the next few months, due to treatment resistant depression being apart of my diagnosis. The treatment is meant to involve going in everyday from Mon-Fri, but due to another standing appointment I have is more likely to be 4 days a week for 40 mins at a time, over a period of 4-6 weeks. This will take place at a mental health treatment centre, which is a part of a psychiatric hospital. Is this something I should include here? Because I've never had to fill in this part before. I have mentioned this treatment in the about me section and it's also mentioned in my supporting evidence.

The question is asked for two reasons, it is relevant your ability to complete the ESA activities but the dates are also relevant in regard to booking an appointment for an assessment.
