Lying assessor was created by Peter
I have had a copy of my face to face report. In her description of me she says I am normal build. I am clinically obese. She constantly refers to a psyc hiatric report as a psychology report, there is a difference which an assessor shoud know. In her justification for no points she refers to this report on several occasions. Its weird cos it says I cant do things so why cud it be a justification for being able to do things unaided. She also says that I was working 2 to 3 years ago and this shows the ability to 'sequence' But that was 2 to 3 years ago, how can that possibly be relevant now. She says she gave me a peice of paper to fold. She never did......I could have folded it...but she never asked me. The report is so limited in info and the meeting only lasted 42 mins and I have complex mental health needs. Do they ever say the reports are not fit for purpose ?

Do these inaccuracies impact on your scoring points? If they do then I would certainly raise them but if they don't then there may be no value in your doing so.
The reality is that DMs take the report as being accurate and fair unless the claimant can show that there are fundamental problems with it, you haven't mentioned anything that really falls under this heading.
What award does the report recommend?
