PIP appeal adjourned

Hi there,
My pip tribunal was adjourned on 20th April (I’ve already been waiting 11 months for the hearing date!) anyway the judge made orders that they would request my medical records from prior to my claim. This is a new claim as I lost my job due to my disability. The judge also gave orders that the “DWP within 28 days provide supplemental evidence as to the qualifying period” 27 days have now passed and I’ve checked with the court and DWP haven’t complied with this order. What happens iif the DWP don’t provide requested submissions?

The clerk has advised me to just get my submission supplement in anyway and the judge will decide what happens next.

Fingers crossed....it’s been over a year already since I lost my job and have been waiting for PIP....I’ve never had to claim benefits before and I’ve been absolutely horrified at my experiences thus far....how on earth do they expect people to manage?
