Failed PIP, terrible medical report was created by LisaThames
Hello, I had an assessment for PIP. Terrible. The medical report was so bad, total lies and HP assessor discredited everything said. I even had someone in with me to take notes. I don't know how to challenge this report and what to do about it. How can these HP assessors do what they do knowing the devastation they will cause. Grateful for advice comments. Thank you.

Have you had a Decision yet?
If not then there may be a small window for you to rasise your concerns with the DWP Decision Maker.
Try and stick to facts rather the challenging the opinions of the assessor unless you can show from your evidence that they are incorrect. Also deal with issues that lead to your scoring points, other matters may show a slapdash approach by the assessor but they will just distract the Decision Maker from dealing with the important issues.
