How to request a copy of my Assessment Report?

How to request a copy of my Assessment Report? was created by johnf1976
Hello All,
I had my face-to-face assessment last week.
I telephoned the DWP on Friday last (18-05-18) and was told that they had yet to receive the assessment report from ATOS.
In addition, I was also told that I could not receive the actual report from ATOS because it may change and be revised depending upon what the DWP thought of my case and the evidence submitted.
This concerns me.
Is there a format that I can use to submit a written request to the DWP requesting a copy of my assessment report from ATOS? IE, a "no-nonsense" request that the DWP cannot legally question.

It usually take the DWP a couple of days to receive the report.
Unless you are in Northern Ireland then there is no reason why you cannot request a copy of the report now, what you were told on the phone is incorrect. I would try phoning them again.

Because benefit agency in NI are refusing to release reports until the Decision has been notified.
