Sorry, can you explain what you mean by the new PIP2?

If your medication is on prescription then it should have been taken seriously by the assessor and the DWP.

Pain is a subjective experience, you need to explain what your pain stops you from doing but understand that you are not required to complete the PIP activities pain-free.

When you wrote [Did you receive an AR1 Review form or was it a new PIP2?] I have it somewhere in my paperwork referred to as PIP2 as it's a review not a new claim. Going back through my paperwork I see it's an Award Review Form sorry for confusion.
I photocopied my most resent repeat prescription which has 7 items on but he didn't want to see it.
At the time of the face to face I had stopped the mycophenalate mofetil two week before the assessment and was trying 15mg of Prednisolone with the 6x Ibuprofen. I did tell the assessor this and pointed out that because of the severe side effects my GP was trying 15mg instead of my usual 30mg daily.

Hi Gordon,
I asked for a copy of the assessors report which I received 8th August 2018. I have been awaiting official letter stating my change in benefits and instead I have today (28th Aug) received a second copy of the report I received on 8th August which doesn't have anything in writing regarding this change in award.

I filled in your points test using the points from the assessor report and instead of enhanced daily living and mobility which I have received for the last 3yrs they want to award me standard daily living and no mobility.

Can I ask for an MR without official paperwork stating change of benefit award. A lot of the information is inaccurate based on assumptions and guess work on behalf of the assessor . Other than correcting most of the report I can't see how a second assessor will come to a different conclusion.

Regards
Julie

You need to wait for a Decision to be made, this is not the same as your receiving the Decision Letter, they may be able to tell you the Decision over the phone.

Revision rates at MR are low but they do happen if it doesn't then the rates at appeal are currently over 70%.

Phoned DWP as copy of HP report 06/08 stated "We will write when a decision has been made".
Received second copy of HP report yesterday (28/08) which I thought was the decision. Phoned today to see what is happening and no decision on my face to face 12/07 as there still dealing with decisions for May and June.

I presently have enhanced daily living and mobility for another year. Adding the points up on the HP report they (DWP) are going to say standard daily living and no mobility. Report consists of assumptions and incorrect information that I didn't give. I'm obviously going to appeal but forgot to ask if benefits stop as soon as decision made or after 1yr left on 2015 award.

I'm afraid any new award will apply from the date that it is made and supersedes your existing award.
