Make sure that you or your team do all of the things necessary for your ESA claim, so having been sent an ESA50 it must be returned by the required date, there are no extensions for doing this so don't lose track of the process.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

I would certainly include the information but don't just attach it, make sure that you explain what it is, why you have sent it and why it is relevant to your ESA claim. Whilst I think it very unlikely that they will not contact your support team, there is no legal requirement for them to do so and you need to cover this gap in the information that you send.

Wondering if you could please point me in the direction to re-educate myself on Substantial Risk changes. Vital area for so many of us................been out of the loop for 3yrs, reassessment due end of this year!

The ESA Claim guides and in particular the Mental Health one, explain the changes and the current requirements.

Maximus now have it in their hands from Wolverhampton site on the 18th June. Confirmed by Maximus. As it had to be back by 20th June.
So it's been two weeks since they've now had it and I'm panicing somewhat, how long, when or months to wait to hear anything, its headbanging to say the least.
Here's hoping Gordon for a PB and exempted. Waiting game has started and many sleepless nights again.
