Claims are dealt with first in, first out so even if they decide on a PBR that decision won't be made until your file is at the top of the pile.

I would contact Maximus for wait times in your are as there is considerable variation across the country, best time are probably 8-9 weeks, worst are 8-9 months.

Oh, Gordon I guessed that's how it works? I won't be contacting them again they give me the creeps.

I will just have to be a patient. When it was done by Atos 2014 it took 8 months PBR.
So looks like a long wait maybe on the cards.

If it's gonna take a while it will give me a chance to save as much money as I can an live on scrapes till a decision is made. If then a MR comes and forced on JSA I will have a bit put by with my PIP till I can fight it.

I'm West Midlands Shropshire side.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

Hi gang another update.

It's been now nearly 11 weeks and still nothing since 18th June? I did take the plunge on the Friday 17th August and i phoned Maximus and this guy went off and spoke with someone and said a HCP will look into it on Monday 20th and said I could phone back on that Monday 20th But I was not brave enough to do it as I diden't want them to offer me an assessment on the phone, hence why I decided to just not call. Wise or not? I don't know.

I diden't phone back as my support is away till the 12th September and if I do end up with an assessment She can then sort it.

The suspense is all this waiting not knowing, if it's been looked at or not, but don't want to rock the boat yet either. My nails are getting shorter by the day.
