Pls advise
I am already in sg risk 35
Due to mental health
On each descriptor shall I write this activity would be a risk of my health deteriorating
If found fit for work but then I got brain fog l carnt put into words how and examples how would you would it so it’s sharpe and to the point and how do I prove it that it would
Pls help
Ps your guides are just brill my son has helped me fill in firm and look ed out of the box too for question s what does happen in all sernarios at home in work place the effects

You can do this if you want but it won't help you show that you still meet the criteria for the Substantial Risk Regulations. I would suggest that you go back to the guides to see what you need to explain.

You will also need up to date evidence to support your problems, unlike the ESA Descriptors there is no assumption of on-going disability for Substantial Risk.
