With my doctor's support, Capita have accepted my need for a home assessment. I had one appointment scheduled which was cancelled by Capita themselves.
I have now been waiting 11 weeks for my home assessment and this is making me severely ill with apprehension. Do I have grounds to complain?.

Unfortunately there is no required timescale for an assessment to be carried out in, you can certainly complain but I think it is unlikely to have any impact on your waiting. My best advice is to contact your MP, they may be able to put pressure on the Assessment Provider to prioritise your claim.
