Hello, My daughter was on enhanced Mobility and Living after a assessment in April 2016 and in September 2017 she received her first Mobility car. PIP was life changing for her allowing her access services to help with pain and as her carer I was able to transport her to medical appointments etc. In September 2017 we had a review letter that led to a home visit medical assessment in January 2018 and my daughters PIP was down graded to Standard living and No Mobility. After a MR appeal the Enhanced Living was re-enstated but she was 4 points off enhanced mobility due to the Decision maker not agreeing with one decipher. I am appealing the decision but we have now received a letter requiring us to return the Mobility car by this Friday 08/06/2018. Is there anything we can do to keep the car? Any advice gratefully received.
