Hi,

I'm about to send of my PIP2 form. I've included KEY letters sent to my GP from my consultants I see at the Hospital, they confirm diagnoses and treatment. I have also included a few past letters that confirm my condition started many years ago.

I was advised to include a patient summary but when speaking to my GP receptionist she said I could print it myself online. I have printed my prescription list, and prined out a list of my problems (conditions) that I got from the online patient access system that says when it started. Shall I include the 30 pages of old tests/blood results & list of consultations (i.e. appointments at my GP)? i dont think the last two add anything to my case at all as it is mainly the results held at the hospitals that would yield anything but they are stated on the letters sent to my GP anyways.

It just seems a waste to print 34 pages and takes away from the actual evidence that i would like them to read that those have an effect on the case. Shall I print anyways?

As you say these extra pages don't add anything to your claim and they could easily distract those assessing you from reading the important documents attached to your form, I wouldn't send them.
