PIP Tribunal delay was created by Justmehere
Hi

My claim for PIP was rejected. I claimed towards the end of 2017. They initially said the waiting time would mean I would be called in June. Now they are saying the earliest tribunal date will be November 2018. And that can change. Anyone have a similar experience?

Thankfully I am not reliant on the money. It makes me concerned for the people who are.

I don't understand a system where they fail your claim without justification and thus forcing you to appeal and then they have no plan for how to deal with the number of people appealing. The end result being the same - you won't see the money.

I can see why people would just not bother trying to get help in the first place.

Thanks for letting me rant.
