ESA Support Group To JSA.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
ESA Support Group To JSA. was created by ThisGovernmentsGoneToFar
Hi Gordon I hope your well.
I wonder if you could clear this up for me, as I'm in the SG of ESA and now filled in my ESA50 form ready to send back next week. God forbid if it all goes wrong. Just read with the new rules mcvey has just stated surrounding (severe disability premium) as I'm on Enhanced daily living PIP and recieve it now as I'm on my own.
Will I still get it on JSA while I fight a MR if needed. I'm dreading it.

Thanks Gordon I'm hoping I don't have to go down that route I've added all info as we discussed I can't do anymore, I will Appel if need to.
Also my area is not due for UC till November.... If I have to claim JSA does it just get added to JSA or what would I need to do.if it goes down that road.

You might need to ask for it to be added as the JSA team may not have the information but it's just an IS10 form that needs to be completed, you should be able to do it over the phone.

Again your the man I did do it over the phone when I first got PIP and phoned it through to ESA. Iam knowing the form IS10 pretty basic.
