Legal help SOS

DLA stopped last year and lost PIP tribunal to retain mobility help. Local voluntary services completely inept and being passed from pillar to post. It was Discrimination. 30 years mental health condition (with reports) completely unacknowledged and a worsening lung condition caused by years of damp in my council house. I really need some solid and accurate legal help as spiralling down and self harming. completely alone. Thanks

Which Law firm challenged the DWP for discrimination recently and where can I find the details on this? Thanks

Thank you Gordon, a lot of mistakes have been made by CAB and Advocacy (where I had a bit of a melt down) etc. No specialist reports sent from DWP to Tribunal where I took my mental health records in a shopping trolley! and a small file for the last 17 years when I've used my DLA to get mobile and employable again on Therapeutic earnings working in a school 1 hour a day for 11 years. In and out of Hospital all my adult life with 12 different Mental Health diagnosis and was on all the horrible medications. But the DLA helped me to recover with self help and more gentler therapies, voluntary work, no drugs and contributing to society. The Tribunal didn't take any of this into consideration for the PIP because I didn't fit into the boxes easily. Rejected my Court appeal out of hand. Just some help keeping on the road would do but now I feel on the scrap heap despite all the recovery I made. They didn't treat me as an individual and I feel discriminated against. Also have a serious lung disease. My MP is useless. I'm still working 1 hour + a day and it's keeping me together but its only £240 a month and my pension, I can't manage. I just want them to look at my case again with all the reports I submitted and were not sent to them by these voluntary agencies and find some legal support. Thanks
