Second Home visits cancelled with ITS was created by Mark
We have just had are second cancellation of a home visit. It should have been 7th June and was cancelled by letter to the 12th June tomorrow. We received a phone call today 4.45 to say it was cancelled and was now 20th June. No reason was given.
This so stressful. Do I complain to ITS or to DWP.. Is there grounds for complaint. Email phone call or letter?

Do you mean Independent Assessment Services (IAS)?

Apologies Yes it is IAS. Thank you. I have written a letter to DWP and a copy of it to IAS.
Sending them by special Delivery tomorrow. Followed your guidelines for sending letters to them both.

Save your money with the DWP letter, they will not be interested, the responsibility lies with IAS.
