I'm sorry, your original post read as if you had not received an award, my bad, I should have checked.


If you have a current award then you cannot make a new claim for PIP although you can report a Change of Circumstances. This will result in a full reassessment of your claim and the Decision will supersede your current award.

Thanks. That's what I suspected. I'll use that as a last resort.

I'm still going ahead with the tribunal. Have a meeting with CAB tomorrow and my MP has offered to help as well.
