I did go through the report pointing out the inacurracies, they have been logged, as I said, she read it back to me and she mentioned something about if the report was inaccurate, it would go back to IAS to be revised.

Here's hoping.

Hopefully, you have one of the good DMs.

Thanks, Gordon.

Well I hope so, too. The thing is it's out of my hands, I just have to wait and see. She said I should hear from them between seven to ten days.

But we'll see.

Received a letter from my MP today together with a copy of the letter she has sent to the DWP.

My only concern us that it states the correspondence they have sent to PIP via the DWP has been sent by email according to the letter.

Will this still get there?

Anyway the letter just highlights what I've already told them and emphasises that the report contains many contradictions, which it does.

Can't do me any harm if they read it, so will wait and see.

One more thing: would it be worth posting a copy of the letter to the office dealing with my claim?

Your MP will have an email contact for the DWP, so I would not expect this to be an issue.

As to your copying their letter to the DWP. I wouldn't! There's no value to your doing so and it could annoy your MP and be counterproductive.

Just a thought on this- as you mention

"In my previous two assessments I scored more or less the same and was put on higher mobility and lower daily living both times."

Therefore there must be detailed evidence and observations about walking from those times and if it's something long term, surely this new assessment will just look bizarre at appeal?
