PIP UPDATE FORM was created by netcoach177

Could someone please advise me. A disabled friend who has been on PIP standard for 2years (3year award) has had a form sent from DWP asking for update on his medical conditions. He replied 'no changes' Does this form mean he will be called in for reassessment now/early as it's a year before his claim ends?? THANK YOU.

Hello netcoaching,

PIP awards are assessed a year ahead of their end date. This is normal. It is impossible to say if your friend will be asked to attend another assessment.
