PIP adjournment was created by Trisha1964
I had an appeal for pip adjourned because the tribunal needed more evidence
i) GP records from 1/1/2016
ii) The DWP are to lodge within 21 days the most recent DLA claim pack, the DLA decision and any medical evidence upon which that DLA decision was reached and provide a supplementary submission addressing the points made in YM v SSWP(PIP)2018UKUT. In the event that the papers are no longer available, the DWP are to confirm this in writing within 21 days.
I have 2 questions
i) Is it normal to have a adjournment for GP records.
2) what does item ii) mean and what is YM v SSWP (PIP0 2018UKUT.
Any help would be useful.
Thanks Trisha

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

1. It's not common but also not that unusual.

2. This Upper Tier Decision is about possible links from a previous award to a new one and in particular; a DLA award to a potential PIP one. Whilst much of the PIP criteria is unique to PIP there are some areas of overlap with DLA, for example a,Mobility award.

The DWP are being asked to explain why this is not applicable in regard to your claim.
