Hello, after nearly 3 weeks since the phone call to apply for pip having been on dla, i've today received my forms to fill in. Whilst i've been waiting for the forms i've gathered evidence etc and done lots of reading, on this site mainly, im really worried im not going to word it correctly, do i have to use the word... reliably ... in my answers? ie i cant reliably do this or that because etc?? this is one of the things im most anxious about is getting the wording on each question incorrect.
Reliably is a collective term for four PIP Regulations that cover the way in which claimants must be able to complete each of the PIP activities, the four actual terms are;
• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person. • To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity. • Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required. • In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.
and are explained in more detail in the PIP Claim guide.
So if one of these issues would prevent you from completing an activity then explain this in your answer and how it effects you/
