Hi
I sent off my mandatory reconsideration letter a couple of weeks ago. Since then I have gotten a couple of psychologists reports, should I send them to the DWP? They don't really go into how my health problems affect my daily life, but they are about the health conditions the assessor ignored (I appear to have got points for autism, but none for my seizure disorder)
Also, the DWP didn't ask my GP for a medical report, can I force them to get one? My GP is supportive, but they aren't able to do reports unless requested by the DWP.

You have nothing to lose by sending the reports but include a covering letter explaining why you think that they are relevant to your claim.
If a Decision has been made then the DWP are not going to source any additional evidence, you need to tell your GP this to see if they can provide more support.

Not necessarily, Tribunal panels know that it can be difficult to get fresh evidence, even from a GP. The important thing is explaining why you have problems with reliably completing the PIP activities on the majority of days.
