would like to know your input having a face to face with a mental nurse I was given 0 points by the decision maker I covertly recorded the assessment and there are number of discrepancies firstly she said the consultant time is 8 minutes shorter that actually was regarding exercises there was three or four I could not do I could not track down Crouch down and said I was in pain doing so but her report said I had no problems doing this thirdly I said I use my wife car twice not a twice a week and she said oh well kept or that I hadn't washed or shaved remember days and turned up with Crocs on with no socks in a shabby tracksuit here are other discrepancies that I've noted in a mandatory reconsideration .
the health professional also noted what I like to do in my spare time because I said online and eBay she said that I'm perfectly capable than there's nothing wrong with me and her opinion because I can do an online shop or look at eBay pages the decision maker also stated that because I said I driven my wife's manual car that there was nothing the matter with any of my body or cognitive measurements.
she also stated that in mind medication there is to anti-inflammatory that would not be prescribed together I didn't say I take these together I had them separately and use them separately not together.
Any advice pleaae

Dealing with the issues in the report is often important but you need to stick to issues that can help you score but even then, your best hope for getting the Decision revised is to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for points.

Remember that you need to be able to complete each of the PIP activities reliably and on the majority of days.

I would go back through your PIP2, our claim guide and the report to make sure that you have explained your problems in the best terms that you could.
