When HP lies, was created by sweetpea
Like many of you I have had an HP who has lied blatantly & falsified information during my F2F. A good way to describe it when appealing is to say "The information recorded by the HP is not a true account of what happened during my assessment", then go through their report listing all the problem areas. It sounds much better than "The HP is a lying scumbag". Hope this helps.

Hello sweetpea,

We wouldnt recommend suggesting that the HP has lied. It is better to say something like "the HP recorded that I can walk 200 metres but did not note that I told her I have to stop every 10 metres because I am breathless and in severe pain". You should focus on highlighting where you meet the criteria. as opposed to focusing on the inconsistencies.

I have complained to Atos already about the HP & am in the process of going through her report highlighting all the discrepancies. I will send this to them shortly. I've already lodged an appeal but have said her report was not a truthful account of my assessment & consequently I was not awarded points for things I cannot do.
