Hi, can i please get some advise on what information i can send with my pip assesent form please. I have the new form with the tick box. I have ticked no changed boxes and have read, for some just ticking the boxes have rewards that have remained the same, some have been reduced. My question is, my conditions remain the same and so does my care needs. can i send in copies of the letters that i sent with my last review. My daughter who is my carer put allot of effort into filling out my last form. She is going to be writing the same on what she does for me why and how my conditions affect me, so im thinking, could i send the home medical assessment report from atos, If they go by last reviews, evidence and reports could i sent them a copy of my last form to.? To be honest im still grieving very badly over my sons death and really cannot cope with anymore stress, I have not got any fight left in me. im still waiting to see what happening with my esa review which was sent back on the 15 th may, apparently my form is still with the medical team, they have been saying that for over a month now? If theres any reasn tht i cant send copies which i used last time in 2015 please advise.
thank you in advance

You can send what you want but I would be cautious of sending new evidence if you have only ticked the boxes as you really need to explain it's relevance, re-sending evidence that was attached to your PIP2 should not be a problem.

I'm afraid there are significant delays in the ESA assessment process across most of the country with wait times of nine months not being uncommon, your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made.

Thanks Gorden i wasnt sure if i could send the same evidence and the report from atos or not.Im not Convinced or trust the DWP to still have the evidence sent to them in 2015 when i filled in my form going over to pip from DLA. I dont have any further evidence since my last review anyway apart from a copy letter sent to my gp confirming my new diognoses. This new diognoses hasnt change the amount of care i need, its just anothing health poblem thats been added to my list of other health problem. I very rarely see my gp unless im having problems with my breathing and chest infection, she visitis me at home and i very raley get to the surgery because of agrophobia. I also have a letter from my gp but, this only confirms my conditions. She doesnt know how my conditions affect me so is unable to comment. She has been given a dear gp letter and has a coy of my atos report, but she cant say she knows how my conditins affect me even with that, it just gives her a rough idea of the help i get and why. She is ringing me in the morning to discuss a few details with me.

Hi. I spoke to my gp re the dear gp letter that i gave her, she wasnt very helpful at all. She said this was a something that i have to fill n myself? It says Dear GP. Anyway she wont fill it in. She says if they want information they will write to her. No help from this new GP apart from a quick letter stating some my diognoses and says various other conditions. she has also written, my condition is very unlikly to change and that i would be better with a home visit if i need a medical as i have severe aggropobia. I also have the orignal letter from the gp that retired, she has listed every condition that i have, should i send this also, its dated 2015
thank you

I'm afraid your GP's response is not unusual but still disappointing.

Yes send both the letters.

Yes very disappointing, my GP that retired would of had no objection whatsoever. When i spoke to this new GP i was in a terrible state and also asking for help coping with my grief, Im really struggling. she gave me telephone numbers to contact? I am absolutley disgusted that she didnt try and help me. She just kept saying, i am so sorry that your son has has died. She knows i have severe agrophobia, i also find it extremly difficult to chat on the phone with people i dont know. I always thought your GP could referred you. When my old GP felt I needed extre help with my mental health, she made sure it was a home vist. I need a differant GP this one is near to useless.
